President Haynes called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. in the 4th Floor City Manager's Conference Room <br /> at City Hall. <br /> 2. Councilor Luebke moved to adjourn into closed session Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(g) to confer with <br /> legal counsel with regard to pending litigation. Councilor De Forest seconded. The motion carried, and the <br /> Council adjourned into closed session at 5:36 p.m. <br /> 3. Councilor Spreitzer moved to adjourn, and Councilor Kincaid seconded.
