Councilor Leavy moved to adjourn into closed session pursuant to Wis. State 19.85(1)(e)to discuss a <br /> pending real estate transaction. Councilor Luebke seconded. The motion carried, and the Council adjourned <br /> into closed session at 5:35 p.m. <br /> 3. Councilor Leavy moved to adjourn the meeting, and Councilor Spreitzer seconded.
