Leavy <br /> Present: Sheila De Forest, Charles Haynes, David F. Luebke, Eric Newnham, Mark Spreitzer, and <br /> James E. Van De Bogart <br /> Absent: None <br /> 1. President Kevin D. Leavy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the 4th Floor City Manager's <br /> Conference Room at City Hall. Roll called showed Councilors De Forest, Haynes, Luebke, Newnham, and <br /> Spreitzer present, and Councilor Van De Bogart arrived at 5:38 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. Councilor Luebke moved to adjourn into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the <br /> acquisition of tax foreclosed properties. Councilor Newnham seconded. The motion carried, and the <br /> Council adjourned into closed session at 5:31 p.m. <br /> 3. Councilor De Forest moved to adjourn the meeting, and Councilor Van De Bogart seconded.
